Connecting to thrive through the menopause transition.
It can feel as though we’re being pushed through the wringer as we go through the stages of menopause. Our sense of control, along with our connection with how our body works and what it needs, can go through some chaotic shifts. Maybe it’s brain fog, sleep problems, mood changes, pelvic floor issues, joint pain, weight gain, hot flushes, hair loss or other unexplained symptoms.
You don’t have to go through this transition alone. If you want to know how to tap into your inner wisdom in order to adapt and thrive through your menopause transition -- to grow wiser, not just get older -- then join us.

We’re creating a supportive community through a 4-week small-group coaching experience led by Susan Running*. We will develop a personal vision for how we want to age with grace and personal power. Using that vision as a guide, we will practice impactful behavior-change skills and strategies that help us move forward into the wise women we are meant to be.
This workshop is open to all, but is particularly geared toward women in the Late Reproductive Stage (still having regular periods, but signs are starting to feel “wonky”) through Post-Menopause (haven’t had a monthly period in over a year.)
Here are the details:
4 weeks
Lunch group - Noon - 1p.m.
Tuesdays Oct. 21, Oct. 28, Nov. 4, Nov. 11
Members feel free to bring their lunch and eat it with the group
Focus on:
Community building with others going through similar experiences
Helping mitigate & manage menopause symptoms
Developing habits, skills, & mindset shifts to support mental, physical, & emotional health
Tools to become your most powerful & resourceful self during this time of transition
Cost is $ 150 for the 4 sessions
Group size of 6-8 participants; minimum of 6 registered members needed to run the group

I loved the exploration of the "whys" of the menopause journey, both physiologically and psychologically
•
I appreciated the open way you shared and normalized the topic
•
