2026 Wellness Circle
Craving a greater sense of connection to others and yourself? Looking to improve your physical, mental, emotional, and/or social health? Have your New Year’s Resolutions or Intentions fallen by the wayside?
Honest self-reflection and meaningful conversations are powerful tools for positive change. Join our small group for a 4-week Wellness Circle journey where we will become more intentional about how we live our lives and take care of ourselves.
During this 4-week, small-group Wellness Circle experience, we will:
Assess our current strengths and challenges
Set realistic and achievable goals
Take action steps to make the changes we truly desire
Connect with a community of support through open, authentic conversations
Wellness Circle details:
Meets one hour each week for 4 weeks
Day: Tuesdays March 3-24
Time: 10-11am
Group size limited to 6-8 participants to allow for true interaction; minimum of 6 registered members to run the group
Cost is $150 for the four sessions
Group facilitated by Susan Running, a retired counselor with 35 years of experience. In addition to her work as a Holistic Wellness Coach, Susan is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. She combines holistic wellness strategies, energy work, and yogic philosophy to support others with behavior change and personal growth.
